Palm Butter

Palm butter comes from a tree called the Palm Tree mostly found on the West Coast of Africa. On the Palm Tree grows a bunch of nuts called Palm Nuts and it is from the skin of these nuts that palm butter sauce is prepared. This dish is usually found in menus served in countries like Ghana, Ivory Coast and Liberia

 Collard Greens

Collard Greens comes from the leaves found on a plant similar to cabbage leaves. This plant is mostly found in Liberia and it is a typical Liberian dish.

 Cassava

Cassava is a root plant mostly found along the West Coast of Africa. Its consistence is similar to that of potatoes

 Plantain

Plantain is similar to banana but larger in size. Plantain is usually cooked or fried before it can be eaten. This fruit is mostly found along the West Coast of Africa.

Meats

The meats used in our recipes are chicken, mutton and beef.
